Can I post sources for missing sprites that are not ripped by me?

So my question is if I can post a link to a site that contains sprites that are currently missing from existing Sheets or could be used to create full sprite sheets.

Because I recently rediscovered an old Japanese site that contains the enemy sprites of Romancing Saga 1 & 2 among other things that has been ripped by a guy called T-Mura. 

While I was looking at the sprites from Romancing Saga 1 I noticed that the side contains several sprites of monster variations that are missing from the sheet that is available on this side.

It would also be nice to have the original SNES Sprites of the Romancing Saga 2 enemies on this page, because several of the enemies from the mobile version that have been posted here, have been edited and in one case even replaced my it's Romancing Saga 3 counterpart.

So am I allowed to post links to the sites containing the sprites? And if yes what would be the appropriate section in this case?

Sorry ,but we can't accept sheets that weren't ripped by you without the other person's knowledge. You could ask them if they'd like to submit, but you can't take them from one site and submit them here.

Ok I expected something like that, it honestly makes no sense for me but I have to repect that.

Hopefully someone else will rip the sprites someday. =(
