SNES ripping without Zsnes ?

I want to rip some sprites from a sattelaview game, with a patch on it, the problem is that the program that vSNES recommends does not recognize the SNES9x saves, the only emulator that has run the game rom for me.

That's why I came to ask how I could do this because in the ZSnes does not work the rom (well not the rom directly, but the SMC but you understand me).

You can try BizHawk or bsnes+

EDIT:
I take it back, the official bsnes+ release will get you the wrong (non-raw) colours.

Random Talking Bush made a version of bsnes+ which shows you the real colours:

vSNES also shows raw colours and is accurate, btw.
