N64 Model and Animation ripping

For the longest while I have been wondering on how to rip the models and animations for n64 games mostly Mario 64 rom hacks like b3313 but I have no clue on how to get them. Most of the tutorials I've watched only tell my how to get an obj file which doesn't have a rig nor any animations, So for the meanwhile I'm stumped do yall think you can help me out on this?
