Tileset problem (UTMT)

I attempted to rip some tilesets from sugary spire to post on here, but then I saw an issue with the exported tilesets:

As you can see, the edges of the tiles has these weird double effect applied to them which makes them off centered
Does anyone know how to fix this or is this just a limitation of UTMT?
