RippingToolsGUI missing DLLs

I was trying to rip more models from Sonic Generations. I got the raw model data out of the packs fine, But whenever i try to convert them to FBX using RippingToolsGui, It says it's missing two DLL files that i DO have. I even tried putting them in the folder with the FBX converter's EXE, But then it just says an unexpected error occurred. Is there any way to fix this? I'm going nuts trying to find a way to fix it and there's nothing on the internet that can help me. I also tried installing VC Redist 2010 hoping it would work, But to no avail. If anybody has any suggestions please voice them in the comments below.

im trying to rip models and stuff from the game as well have you figured this out yet because i haven't Ive been spending 2 weeks on trying to get the animations and nothings working.
