not 1:1?

I ripped a bunch of ps1 and saturn sprites (with tim2view and yabuse) but all of them were rejected because they weren't a 1:1 pixel ratio. How can I fix this?

A pixel filter within your graphics program and reducing file dimensions to 50%, 25% depending on the pixel size.

Can you post one of the sheets?
