Pretty awesome of you ask me.
But I'd say align everything on the skull correctly. The eye sockets looks crazily out of place.

if you're talking about the left eye, it's half-covered by skin

I'm talking about the alignment of the things on the skull.
It's okay if the skin is everywhere, but the skull needs to be correctly aligned. That is unless he had a deformed face before he tore it off.

shouldn't he have face-meats?

Why does his skull have cheeks? Really nice choice of colors though, although the tans blend a bit weird.

yeah, the eye sockets aren't centered and the mouth looks too straight. Curve it more like a grin.

(This post was last modified: 02-09-2009, 06:26 PM by Chris2Balls [:B].)
The jawbone on the sides sticks out too much, and the nasal cavity should be far higher (eye height or slightly lower), which means everything else should be moved in consequence.

i'll probably look like a huge defensive "can't take criticism" douche in this post but i'm not aiming for "omg anatomically correct" in this piece, it's mostly me trying out different shading techniques

Okay
I'd take the marks off the skin, or smooth them down.

since i don't plan on doing anything else with this;

after you moved the eyes more to the center, it became good for me. Good job.
