I just ripped Angel Cookie's Model from Cookie Run Tower Of Adventures! 


   

but fortunately the texture file came out glitchy looking, so i have to remake the texture by scratch

   

so i have one question, is it still okay for me to upload the model with a texture made from scratch, instead of the original one?

No, textures need to be the official ones. If they're scrambled, then you need to find the correct method to "unswizzle" those.
