Dawngate Ripping Help

Iv been trying for awhile to get the 3d models and texture from dawn-gate.
I have my old install of it, but the games been dead for like 10 years now?
Anyways, there was a old post on reddit about ripping the models from the files, but the scripts for it have been lost to internet rot. and the Original tutorial on Xantax is well gone as the site shut down in 2023.

I have the .snap files, but NO idea on how to read them. 

Anyone got the models or the scripts to dissemble them?
