impossible tga and spr files

i'm ripping from the Saiki K 3DS game and i'm finding that all the 2d assets are stuck in these .tga and .spr formats. opening them in GxD is unhelpful. the tga files contain more tga and spr files, the spr files just contain spr files. paint.net won't open the tga files and changing the spr files to pngs doesn't do anything. i'm really at a loss here... even EveryFileExplorer won't show me what's inside these files. any help is appreciated TT

The tga files are actually CTPK files. Quick googling shows there are many conversion tools but I dunno what the best one is.
Try searching for CTPK tga convert (or just CTPK on github) and you should find something I'm sure

jic future forum browsers have similar issues, i used ctpktool and it converted my files just fine even with the .tga file extension
