Trophy style? They're no more than simple sprites of his. Either way, that doesn't resemble the style at all.

The second sprite is a clear edit of Laharl.

If there's one thing that pisses me off, it's being called a troll by some kid who can't accept that he actually sucks. Ahruons style doesn't use ugly, thick ass outlines and sloppy as shading like that and you really did edit Laharl for that crappy animation.

its called shading, and i know the sprites aren't done in his style perfectly, wanna know why? CUZ HES THE ONLY ONE ABLE TO DO IT, and btw, id like to see you do any better O.o

I'm no expert at either of the styles you were going for, although I can easily tell you that the first one doesn't fit Ahruon's style. It seems pillowshaded in many of the areas, such as the hair. The lineart is also very rough, which isn't present in Ahruon's style, the areas I'm talking about are the lines around the arms, legs/pants, hair.. Everywhere, basically. And I have no idea why there are several lightsources, I mean, the lightsource is coming from below the character in some areas, above in a couple places, and on the sides on the pants.


That being said, I have no knowledge of Disgaea style, no I can't crit that much.

EDIT: Just saw your edited post, Ahruon only uses rough outlines on places that call for it. Your sprite has rough outline almost everywhere.

Sorry, I wasn't aware that Ahruon was the reigning God of the pixel art world and only he can sprite in the fantastic way he does. Everyone else is trash compared to our werewolf savior.

That Marth sprite was one of his worst too. You can easily tell he put less effort into that and didn't even use as many colours as he did with the other sprites.

Zero Suit Samus and Pit were probably the best ones, the rest of them were just lacking. By the time Brawl came out, it was flat out obvious that he just wanted to finish it and he didn't even put real effort into the unlockable characters.

nairenu, Judith was giving an opinion- saying it sucked. You might not know it, but that's the most useful advice you might ever get. It means you need to look at what you've made and try to remake or edit some things about it, as, obviously, it doesn't satisfy at the moment. I'd try to make the pose more fluid and stop pillowshading so much!
