First: Slight edits (mostly the scarf):

Things to change:
- make feat animation smoother
- rear arm looks a bit weird, animate hands, too.
- maybe too much head movement

The head does tilt downward about a frame too much. The feet look ok to me, but that rear hand could use a little more tweaking. It just looks like he's retracting it right now. Tongue

That is a pretty good idea. I don't remember that it moves in the original games, but it would probably make the animation more vivid. I will try this for sure.
You might have to wait for an update 'til the weekend (because of school...)

The scarf only moves a little bit (just like Falcon), but I think it's better like that.
Anything else to change?

The head movement is bothering me. Either make the scarf and surrounding area bend with the head when it goes down, or soften up the movement.
Other that that, it's great.

also, the movement looks very contrived and unnatural. probably because all the limbs start and end at the same time, moving at the same intervals. i would mess with that a bit

Well, Falcon's shading bothered me, so I haven't continued for a while.
I had a feeling that CF didn't match the other characters in terms of shading (I tend to overshade things a bit). So I tried to simplify it.

I think he fits better now. I will redo the idle animation completely, if he's fine.
