Alright I guess I'll start working on Sonic I'll start off with his idle then work my way up in progress.

I still think his entire palette is too bright. :/
I did a little tweaking to his idle just moving him back and forth was just not enough so I kinda gave him a little more.
EDIT:Hey what about his costumes we can give him Sonic Riders or Black Knight costume. (For the rider's costume it has the Goggles, Shoes, and the Ark of the Cosmos on his right hand) (Black Knight Costume is the Gauntlet on his right hand and the Sword Caliburn on his back.) Idea if we use the black knight costume then when he picks up a beam sword it will be Caliburn instead. If you notice Sonic's accessories are on the right side.

don't do black knight. That was the dumbest idea sega could've possibly made.
I think you need to move his arm down as well when his leg moves back. I also still think the blue is too dark :l...

I think the blue is fine...

His feet look weird while moving
His quills should also move a bit Thanked by: D2S-Speed

Yeah, they should probably "bounce" a pixel or so in one frame.

yeah but it works for keyframes
Alright this is a simple matter that can be fixed I was trying to animate the shoes but I can see that failed. Quills is what I will work on next.
EDIT:But seriously which costume could be best for Sonic, Black Knight or Riders?
