So I had an urge to see if there was any new news on the rumor that Kid Icarus Wii is bieng developed by Factor 5.

The last nugget of information we have to share with you is in regards to the game's plot. At the time of the document's writing, Factor 5 had imagined a plot starring a grown-up, adult Pit, who is "cursed for thousands of years for a crime and becomes a 'fallen angel.'" The pitch adds that "a tattoo on Pit's arm bears the inscription of Pit's crime."

I agree charbon, thats probably the best design. And tbh, I don't hate the plot all that much. I mean would you really want to play another cheery happy omg cute Nintendo game? Some people need to get over it.
You can tell right now that this game isn't going to hit off too well in Japan.
And ADULT character, actually badass, and not female?
Yeah, Ninty is probably going to intervene somewhere with this project.

that plot is fantastic are you kidding me? It completely goes against the concept that Nintendo is kid friendly, and it seems like a pretty epic game

Yeah, I just don't see Nintendo going for a Prince of Persia-type revival with it's Kid Icarus franchise.
If Factor 5 is working with Nintendo for a Kid Icarus revival, Nintendo is probably going to want Factor 5 to work with Pit's Brawl model and do some kind of mythical story. Like some evil person or god reviving Medusa leading Angel Land to be threatened again. So Pit ends up setting out to to save the day again.
