really didn't get it (as in the last frame wasn't entirely funny) and the comic didn't say much besides "REMEMBER YOSHI'S ISLAND? GOOD GAME. IN THIS COMIC THERE ARE BAD GUYS WHO ARE EVEN BADDER THAN BAD GUYS"

however the imagery in this comic is incredibly clever, with the bandit hightailing it aboard a chain chomp and the mystery-narrator stroking a nipper. It's very Yoshi-universe; and warrants a serious high-five.

I was going to suggest though - it's only a suggestion! And it's a story detail which is why it's in a spoiler box! If you're not LilGrim stop readin! also warning: this is my inner yoshifag posting, and when i mean yoshifag i mean luna's neo aurorium yoshifag. i. was. a. yoshifag.

If this is a run-down bad part of Yoshi's Island, I would expect that not all the denizen of the community are essentially...morally straight. If corruption and crime has hit another part of the Island, I woulda kind of expected that Shy Guys and Yoshis would ALSO be part of the criminal activity, in a Yoshi-eat-Yoshi criminal underworld.

If this is what I think it is [based slightly on TF2], might I suggest adding a Yoshi antagonist or two?

also there was a disturbing lack of ravens, but i think this'll be addressed later anyway it's not yoshi without ravens

Also, Kosh, when I said TF2, I literally just meant the title picture and the sentry gun. Besides the team aspect, its not really closely related to TF2. Also, don't worry, TY's got its fair share of bad guys.

New Metal Mario up. Sorry, guys, still trying to figure out whats going on with the PC, the illustrator file seems to be corrupt but I'll see what I can do to access it. I'd redraw it, but I REALLY liked how it came out, so I'm trying to get around the problem.

School and the hiatus is over so: Mondays are always a new Team Yoshi, Wednsdays always a new Metal Mario.

Personally, I think the story is rather haphazard right now. Events seem to be happening in a random order.

The art is definitely nice though.

BTW, that one blue yoshi with the purple hat kinda reminds me of one of my own REALLY old fan characters. 'Course, he was a koopa, but...

[Issue 4 is up!]

Don't worry, the story's starting to come together a lot more as you can see, so is my pace at making them, its actually on time!...ish.

Also, every 5th issue will have a different style, instead of drawing on illustrator. I won't tell you what it's gonna be but it'll be REALLY different.
