You shouldn't edit someone's sprites without permission, and I don't see any place Hinako let you edit it.

About the outline... it looks nice, and I can see the 'Tyvon-y' style in your sprites. About the colors, pink or light blue would fit well, I think...

Keep the nail-file in slate grey, Have the boots in chocolate. The tights in a cream-ish colour, possibly reusing the same palette as her hair if you're keeping her blonde. The blouse would be nice in mint, actually. The gloves can be in either mint or chocolate depending on which colour you want to be the 'main'.

I find that thinking of a colourful dessert is a good method of generating colourshemes for female outfits.

That's really good, but the boots seem oddly-shaded. I don't know if it's color conservation or what, but they might need some fixing.

Also, after close inspection, I think the scissor chick's legs might be off-proportion; mainly after her knee. It looks too short.
