I agree that DSi sucks, it's a glorified camera.

However, Sony can't use "Not a kid system" and "Hannah Montana" in the same paragraph.

And, I think they're forgetting that Nintendo has a few games for "not kids".

I mean, the DS has New SMB and Yoshi's Island DS, Starfox Command and MarioKart DS, but they're not ports; they're entirely new games that makes innovative use of the touch screen. The PSP has some good original titles, like PataPon and Loco Roco and the support of good franchises, like Namco Bandai's Katamari, but yeah

The PSP's a man's console, which is something I like - and their systems really aren't just a toy, they're made to serve as a multipurpose entertainment system (great for japanese shut-in otaku); however the high price and flaws on account of poor design really take a toll on the console

However its library of fighters make it almost worth the purchase alone

DSi Shop will have a Virtual Console shop too so that means GB, GBC and GBA games; if they make multiplayer titles they'll probably all be rewritten to support local wireless. stop yer cryin'


DSi is a huge marketing gamble though, they've already got a split camp of the serious DSer crowd: one who will hold onto their DS[Lite] and others who'll lap up whatever Nintendo throws at them.


It's best you wait a year, when more colors for the console are available for purchase and the DSi shop is a little more varied
