I'm going for a stuffed animal with parts of him torn, I'm wondering if I add clothes too, to add more character. I think the right eye(his left) is a bit too big, so I might edit that section.
I'll update with more progress or the final version, but here's a peek.

That's random. As for the sprite, I say it looks really good so far.
I can make games, movies, sprites, and more and I'm willing to help, unless the sprites you need are above nes style. I'm not the best.

Some random thing I made with the colors, I wanted to see how they would blend.
I can't tell by the image, but it should be easier if you completed the outlining first. that saves you a lot of time.
I think that's the thing responsible for the bear being in pieces. :o
I really like it. If you put alot of thought into it, this could be quite an imaginative piece of pixel work. It could be a hand puppet or whatever if you wanted to! lol
I'd love to see how the end results are. I like your pallete choice.
