Again i'm planning to rip all of the characters from this game minus
the NPC's, Vincent & Yuffie because they aren't in the game

No, its a pirate. Not a rom hack. Despite the limitations of the system, they more or less did FF7 story wise.
Some old GIFs I made that I used as avatars on forums (mostly wouldn't have been possible without Spriters Resource and affiliates).
