Ok, so this isn't very good.
Before submitting things to TSR you should keep practicing.
You'll get better, but it's best to keep your early work to yourself,
then when you get better you should post your customs on the sprite discussion board and learn from the comments.
when people there think your work is good enough to be submitted i'm sure it'll be accepted by TSR.
Keep practicing bra, you'll get there eventually.

But on top of that;
Keep practicing.
You saved it as a jpeg which first off is a big no-no.
Also... You used ME as a sprite for your credit tag. Not only that, but a really old sprite of me...
