i still love gradius mor ethan you gors.
Okay, I think I'll show off some of my random bad PSP7 drawings to you all... And remember these are all years old, so... they're gonna be bad.
The following were drawn by me (the uglier ones): Ugly Articuno: http://i1121.photobucket.com/albums/l507...ticuno.png Hideous Charmander (and before you say it yes I forgot to color the background before I drew it...): http://i1121.photobucket.com/albums/l507...mander.png Horrible Zero-Two using only tools: http://i1121.photobucket.com/albums/l507...hwToow.png Ugly quick drawing of a "Beefish" that appeared in a dream of mine (I dreamt that I caught this in Animal Crossing. For real): http://i1121.photobucket.com/albums/l507...eefish.png Not as bad drawing of my custom Mega Man series character Bloom, the flower fairy robot (I made the bows smaller than they are accidentally): http://i1121.photobucket.com/albums/l507...oomArt.png Terrible throw-together example of my custom Bomberman Jetters series character named Mossy, a Russian Bomberman: http://i1121.photobucket.com/albums/l507...leUgly.png Old flower poem picture thing. I actually worked a good amount on this (though I can't even remember why) back then, I made it when I was little: http://i1121.photobucket.com/albums/l507...erPoem.png In case you can't read it, it says: The sky is blue, the sun shines. Flowers blooming of many kinds. There are violets, there are roses. And little bunnies with twitchy noses! Bees and butterflies love them so. Put them in a vase to show. Some hold relaxing scents, that drift along the air currents. They are big, they are small, and they are beautiful most of all. The end, my friend! ...Sooo yeah, the rest are not as bad Kirby's Dream Land 3 enemy doodles by me and my cousin. By me: Batamon: http://i1121.photobucket.com/albums/l507...atamon.png Polof: http://i1121.photobucket.com/albums/l507.../Polof.png Sparky: http://i1121.photobucket.com/albums/l507...Sparky.png Loud (yeah I know it's pathetic): http://i1121.photobucket.com/albums/l507...s/Loud.png Pacto (which I was fooling around with and turned it into Pac-Man): http://i1121.photobucket.com/albums/l507...ac-Man.png Chuchu: http://i1121.photobucket.com/albums/l507...Chuchu.png Chilly: http://i1121.photobucket.com/albums/l507...Chilly.png Bronto Burt (I over-exaggerated the falling lines big-time): http://i1121.photobucket.com/albums/l507...toBurt.png I used to have an awesome picture of Whispy Woods (based on Dream Land 3's scary face) but I apparently didn't transfer it to my new comp with everything else... I loved that one. :'( Anyway, drawings by my cousin: Togezo: http://i1121.photobucket.com/albums/l507...Togezo.png Haboki (he said this one looks like a melted mop but I like it): http://i1121.photobucket.com/albums/l507...Haboki.png Corori: http://i1121.photobucket.com/albums/l507...Corori.png And Maryel Version 2 (don't ask ): http://i1121.photobucket.com/albums/l507...Maryel.png EDIT: About Maryel version 2, it's basically a joke on how it's name sounds girly. Ehm, excuse the mistake... Maryel version 1 was drawn by me... Maryel (too many legs XD): http://i1121.photobucket.com/albums/l507...THINGY.png Mighty Jetters Wrote:http://i1121.photobucket.com/albums/l507...eefish.png This is the most badass thing in the world. Well, I don't think they're that bad, really. I just said that because everyone else's looks better. And uhh, that looks good, Cerberus! Either way I am jealous. Also since you're being a HUGE BABY about your stuff being ignored, I meant to mention about this: First: mismatched boobs! Second: If you're going for a likeness of the woman in the top right, you need to worry less about accuracy and try to loosen up more to get a feel for her features. The model's got a very long forehead and pointed eyebrows, plus a very thin nose. Her eyes are very round, too, and a little close together! Exaggerate those features in your drawing and you'll get a better likeness. Try to approach it sort of gesturally when you're sketching - you're not going for 100% accuracy but for the general feeling or essence of the face as hilariously pretentious as that sounds
My cousin just found that Whispy picture I drew on his comp and sent it to me, I'M SO HAPPY!!
Erm, anyway, as you can see I went WAY crazy with the Retouch tool and the colors but this is one I'm still pretty proud of because all that light gives an awesome texture effect and it's still scary. Title: "Scariest Whispy Evuh." (I was little XD)

Jerttes: thanks!
Tachi: Yeah, tubes. I just used very light washes. i don't think there's a way to be too expressive with a tablet. the aspect ratio's all f'd up. but thanks! |
