THat migt be because all the frames have set their delay to 1/100 seconds while most likely any common internet browser thingy expects a minimum delay of 3/100 seconds and everything below that will be extended.

i thought that, too, but even on the preview on imageready, where i put "no delay", it's this slow.
in blender, it's alright.
