It'd be cool if Shuckle had a kind of spin where he could slap with all his tentacles.

Mind if I give you a bit of constructive criticism on the trainer animation? When he picks up the Pokéball and moves the arm back, only the lower arm moves. It looks slightly unnatural, that kind of big movement would cause the upper arm to move as well, following the lower arm forward slightly in the beginning. I think that is why it doesn't look quite right.
I've always been a big fan of this project, and I'm just happy if I can help out.

so you're basically saying that in the first few frames of the animation, to move the right arm (our left) forward a pixel or two
Skarmory's finished: Next up is a Pokemon who when it originally appeared, had another Pokemon attached to it. In the Later games, the other Pokemon was no longer seen attached to it Thanked by: joseydebo

Wooooow these Pokemon are really amazing... honestly, if I didn't know better I might have thought they were official sprites! Especially Skarmory... Awesome job, I would love to see Pichu, or have you done that one?

Mantine's Correct!
@ Mighty Jetters: Thanks! Pichu has already been made, and is on the site...It's a little old, but I think it still holds up nicely...for now, at least

About the trainer sprite I find it a little odd in frames 12 and 13. It's just the position of the arm or something. It just doens't seem natural. It almost seems that his arm is moving in a side wards flip way. Or maybe it's the angle of the arm or the angle of the hand that makes is seem so strange. That may be it try fixing the angle of the arm or hand really it looks as if it may just be getting bigger or closer to the view instead of the angling motion. Also in frame 10 the arm looks a little funky. but besides that he's looking pretty good. Nice job on the detail. the spin in the pokeballs also look better 2.
I am a little sad that you took out the running animation though.

Yes, on the second and third frame I think it would look better if you experimented with the upper arm movement, moving it forward in time with the lower arm. It should make the movement look less "robotic" and more natural. I love the Skarmory btw!

That's a LOT of great sprites you've made... Pichu is adorable and I love the spiky eared one from D/P.
@ JC Kane: The Running animations have been gone for 3-4 bases now, but that’s because they’re not needed (as the Trainers don’t run around on the battlefield)
In frame 12, the hand pulls back a bit from the motion of the arm, it’s a bit of exaggeration, but I still think this frame looks ok, but the arm in the 13th frame looks really odd, I’m trying to fix it up (I've been having the most trouble with that arm...) @ Ville10: Just so we’re clear, we’re talking about the throwing Pokeball animation right (since he also has a Pokeball in the ‘Return’ animation)? And to make it simpler, we probably should’ve just said the arm with/without the Pokeball (I’m still just a little confused as to what you’re talking about) Edit: Fixed frame 13? :

Yep, the throwing Pokeball animation, sorry if I wasn't clear. I haven't seen the others animated, so I couldn't know.

Nice! Stantler next.

Finished working on Stantler, sorry for taking so long, I've been pretty busy, and haven't actually felt like spriting in a while...:
I might go on a short hiatus, but I might try to get a sheet or two done first...Speaking of Next up is the only Fire-type Pokemon to learn Will-O-Wisp by Level up...and not be part Ghost-type...It can also have the Drought Ability, if obtained in the Dream World Thanked by: joseydebo

Looks great, but I think it could use some head rotations. A forward facing one, at least (Well, forward for that body).
