From what I've heard, JSRHD is locked at 31 fps because the game logic runs at that speed. If you were to force the game to run at 60 fps, everything would move twice as fast and the game would be unplayable. In order to mod the game to get it to play at 60 fps, you'd basically have to rewrite most of the game from scratch.
Playing Total War SHOGUN 2 and Borderlands 2 at the moment.

I recently finished replaying the Megaman Zero series. Y'know, whenever I play games that are really ~awesome~ like those, I realise just how few games are able to measure up to them, in all respects.
And now, back to IV breeding in Pokémon White.

Just got the fourth melody in MOTHER, and it definitely hasn't aged as well as Earthbound (even if it is like 6 years older)
I like it, but it's much more tedious for sure

I'm taking a replay through WindWaker. I don't care what anyone says, I love riding around forever in that
weird ass talking boat.
Monster Tale. Not a bad little Metroidvania game.

I always felt that the general consensus about windwaker is that it was under appreciated.
I've never really heard it's praises sung by anyone iv'e met in person, at least.

I'm surprised at how playable Ultima Underworld still is.
I'm really surprised at how fun it still is.
