what the fuck, because i posted two character's that i think are better than snake im a distinguished gentleman? and kingdom hearts has enough connection, i mean there's chain of memories and that new one coming out, if snake only had one game, thats less of a connection than kingdom hearts right?

Dante has no connection to Nintendo, and I think if Square-Enix were to have a character in Smash Bros., it should definitely be a Final Fantasy character (Black Mage? Warrior of Light?) and not Sora. Kingdom Hearts is the spawn of Final Fantasy in the first place, anyway. (Not to mention that even though Kingdom Hearts has two games, Sora only is only a main character in one of them, and that the second game wasn't even out when Brawl was released)

Plus, I mean, Kojima begged Sakurai for Snake to be a character. Even IF those two characters had more of a reason to be in a Smash Bros. game, I think if the creator of the game begs the Smash Bros. people personally for their character to be in Smash Bros., he'll probably appear in Smash Bros.

i get the dante thing, but he didnt have to go around calling people a distinguished gentleman for just hoping to see a character they really like in.
aside from that, the coolest character that could ever be in brawl would be battletoad from the SNES.

Well, I was just throwing it out there :/
I mean, seeing as how he's been in the two NES Castlevanias plus the SNES Castlevania, not to mention his easter egg in Harmony of Dissonance as well as the other Castlevania prequels/sequels in Nintendo that have spawned because of him

I don't think N64 ripping is a possibility. I've tried all of the usual 3d ripping methods on various emulators and plugins and the only method I've found that has come close to working is a model dump option in Nemu64. It rips the models, but not the textures or more importantly the texture coordinates. Redoing the texture coordinates from scratch is NOT fun. You'd be much better off doing a custom model.

there should be a custom model somehwere. mean, come on, someone did a custom model of vectorman and they arent going to make a custom of good ol' simon.

I'd love to see Game&Watch being replaced by the L Tetris block.
