My costumes suggestions:

Mario: Dr. Mario
Luigi: Mr. L
Bowser: Dry Bowser
Peach: REAL Daisy, please xDD and Mario Sunshine's clothes.
DK: I don't know.
Diddy: If Dixie isn't a playable character, he must have a costume of Dixie.
Wario: Wario from Wario Ware and original Wario.
Yoshi: Maybe Boshi?
Link: I'll like to see Link with Ordon clothes, with Zora clothes or the "Rupias" Armor
Zelda: Maybe with her hood from TLoZ: Twilight Princess?
Kirby: A lot of colours for Kirby! xDD
Ness: Like in Brawl, Ness might have Fuel's clothes (Mother 3) and please, a Ness' pajamas costume!
Lucas: Claus costume, Pigmask suit and Lucas' pajamas!
Fox: Fox from StarFox: Adventures and Fox from StarFox: Assault
Falco: The same
Olimar: His friend Louie
Pikachu: Pikachu shiny?
Jiggypuff: Jiggly shiny?
Pichu: If Pichu is in the project... Pichu with Pikachu's colours and Pichu with strange ear. (This two pichus: http://static.obolog.net/multimedia/foto...1104_p.jpg )
Lucario: the same
PKMN Trainer: Female trainer from RF and HV, trainers from Gold and Silver
Marth: Original colours
Mr. Game & Watch: I like the idea of hat and eyes.

Hey, how about for Samus, she can have her suit on, but no helmet? So we can see her face.

Hey just an idea, what if Mario and luigi have 3rd costumes, Mr. M, and Doctor Luigi? Just being creative...
