I mean Phantom Ganon is a variation of OoT Ganondorf. We can't have a variation of a variation as the alternate. That's why I said OoT Ganondorf should be the alternate.

Also, we HAVE to have the green and brown original styled Toon Link.

Also, for Mario, he jump man suit, (The red and blue are reversed), and the red and brown suit NES suit

Maybe a set of classic style suits for everyone?

Also, could we upload our custom pallettes into the game, and apply them to certain characters? Or is that even possible?

Not sure if it can be done in Flash, but if you make every character monochrome to a certain degree, it's possible to change their colors inside the game. I know this is possible in GM, because I've done something similar before.

With flash, it'd be more effort that it's worth, methinks. I mean, it's most certainly possible, it'd just be horribly tedious. Then there's having the palette data being used in the online mode.(which I would hope be one of the main goals.)

That's easily possible, just send the color files as variables, just like you would the character data.

Maybe for Game & Watch we could try to make him more resemble the characters from Game & Watch Gallery?

Now this is a good idea. Certainly there are five or six hats/outfits he can wear, rather than unnecessary, garish palette swaps (other than for red, blue, and green teams).

I already said that for Game&Watch Excepty instead of the chef hat I said cap. I guess everybody either missed it or I worded it poorly. :\
