ness's elbows needs to be moved up toward the shoulder more, unless (as i have never played any mother/earthbound games) that is how he is in the game.
point: his fore arm should be longer than the humerus/upper area of the arm (look at ur arm)

I think it's good with these arms. Just give Ness a backpack and make Jeff's pistol bigger.
