I'll add the bone, and for the snout, i tried, but it didn't work...

It's not cubone without the snout.
Also Cubone looks nothing like megaman, thats why you can't edit him into cubone.

Edits take no skill whatsoever to accomplish. You need to do your own custom work if you hope to ever improve.

Cubone's body is supposed to be round and bellied, plus his limbs are short and round.
Megaman's body looks nothing like that and you also forgot to add Cubone's tail.

Needs the tail, the crack near the bottom of the left eye, needs more animations, and most importantly needs to be redone without using megaman as the base because it really looks like Megaman in a costume.
