I guess even though I don't label my self as such, I could be called straight edge.

I've never smoked weed (or anything else, including tobacco, for that matter)
I've never drank alcohol (I tried it once a long time ago and hated it.)

I do have a bunch of friends that do both regularly though, (most of my "friend-base" consists of potheads, etc) but I myself never have.

I just don't see the appeal, though it's not like I'm gonna stop anyone from doing it. I've sat beside people as they smoked from a bowl, and couldn't have cared less.

I don't really have a reason not to per se, but I personally just don't do it.

Your right about weed, but not about Salvia. You could be extremely happy on Salvia, it just depends what kind of trip you get. It's not like weed at all, it's like Shrooms but it doesn't last as long and it's a bit stronger. Most people feel like they're in another world, and a lot of my friends said they feel like they're not even part of reality. It can be quite unpleasant, but it can also be pretty fun.

yes but i've only met 1 person who has had a pleasant experience on salvia

No, I was just saying it. Just because I knew it. Haha, nothing against you at all, that's fine that you don't smoke weed, drinking is a bit different. You say you don't really like the taste. Yeah that's perfectly reasonable because beer tastes pretty bad most of the time, there are a couple good beer brands out there, but yeah a lot of them taste like shit. You could try doing some whiskey shots but have chase with you like Coke or something, to get the taste out of your mouth. Lol, 1 shot is pretty much the equivalent to 1 beer and it's not hard at all.

But whatever it's your choice, if you want to stay straight that's fine. Believe me I was straight edge awhile back, but I just wanted to try it and once I did it was fine. Weed doesn't really do much damage to you at all anyways. Long term memory loss, but that's if your smoking like 2-3 times a day, and I only smoke like maybe once a day, sometimes not even. Me and my friends are starting to realize that we do smoke a lot, but these are the good years, and I'll quit eventually. So whatever eh?

@1up: Yeah I've only met like 2 people out of like 10 or so that had a good trip, and the rest just felt like time was going by really fucking slow and they saw a bunch of shit. But yeah, I don't even do Salvia much so whatever.
