In need of someone who can resize sprites

another request for my Sega project. I need someone who is able to resize sprites without messing up the sprites, as MSPaint usually would. check this video to see why.

I want all the chars to be at a good Streets of Rage height, so I'll resize a sprite myself and compare it to a SOR character. I will repay anyone who helps with the request of a Genesis character to be in an upcoming demo. I'm finishing up the Golden Axe 2&3 roster, and I have 4 chars in WIP: Ristar, Sparkster,Epsilon Eagle, and Zool.

google "rotsprite" it does sprite scaling and rotation with less cleanup issues than MS Paint or Photoshop.

I've been had that, but I thought it was just for rotating? I guess I'll have to give it a try when I go home.
