I can't understand why you make a walk animation for him, there is already one in the game.

SGG, there are only a few things on your Koopa Kids. The spike on the bottom of the shell is too sharp. The muzzle/mouth area is somewhat undershaded. As mentioned before, the hair of the colored ones should be lighter and more contrasted to that of their heads. I'd also suggest making the lighter pad on the bottom of the front foot visible (if you're confused what I mean, see my Lemmy idle.) Last thing, I know you said the idle is still a WIP, but just make sure you get rid of the jumpiness (mainly the mouth and the furthest arm) and fix the outline in places for the final version.
