Yeah the feet and hair are dificult and face well i think i shall change a bit and maybe put ears, i dont know, what do you think.

Now the feets are better, but the head and hair remain looking bad. You can use M&LiT E.Gadd sprites for reference.

Im using PIT sprites thats with i looks good and to say the true i did think it will look like that i am good in some way maybe one they i will be HackPower(TheHacker+StarPower=HackPower)just kidding,but it those look good i will edited the hair and see if i can do something with the face.

It looks recolored but it isnt i made the only thing i have a great eye and on someway it looks the same but it isnt even that i dont like to recolor

it doesn't matter, you basically traced the head and where the shading goes but with extremely oversaturated colors. It's almost 100% the same.

Because it some way to say it a copy on M&L3 style so seeing PIT E.Gadd i made my BIS E.Gadd.This is what i did:
I used the a tool of paint(i dont remember the name i think it is the paintbhrush tool).For example the head i made a circle that i amplied to have a bigger size that PIT head (you know why)and using the pencil tool i draw the eyes, mouth,etc. so it not the same its the true its the first(hard to believe)custom M&L3 sprite if you dont believe it select a enemy or a friendly character from M&L SS and tell me to make it on M&L3 then u will see im not lieing

Like i say they look the same but arent recolor even that E.Gadd body is sort of fatter that Classic Jack E.Gadd.Is the true because if it wasnt i would be fighting for the true there not recolor it was custom using PIT like reference

^I agree with this post, but, even if you did make it, which I REALLY doubt, there are a few problems.
I don't like the pallete you used for it. His glasses should be light blue, not that dark. His nose also looks nearly red in this when it is pink. The skin color is also too dark, and the hair looks extremely weird.
