We can swap them around. I'm not married to the placement. As long as it makes sense I'm cool. I just thought we should use PK Thunder with him since it's kind of a plot point with the Franklin Badge.

for his ^b it should be his jet pack the one with the wings

...Yes. I clearly wasn't talking about some mysterious second jetpack.

oh i didn't know you already discussed it T_T

Pk thunder for final smash? It did take out your whole party in one shot after all. Plus then everyone won't have Pk Rockin'/Love.

It'd seem weird for Lucas and Ness to be able to use PK Thunder and do small damage, but it serves as Claus's FS.

But at the same time his thunder was much more powerful than his love. We could possibly make his Down B love.

I think his final smash should have something to do with the unused boss transformation that clearly involves Claus somehow

We would have to make up what it would do then, and it would be total fan speculation. We should avoid that as much as possible.
Thanked by: Ton
Yeah, but it seems like such a cool idea >:
Well to make up coming up with a moveset for him better, we could try and break down Ness and Lucas's movesets Standard B: Anti Ground/Air attack (Psi Flash air, PK freeze ground). > B: Thrown (psi) projectile that covers some sort of distance V B: Utility (ie psi magnet for them) Up B: Some sort of complicated recovery move that can be stopped, includes the possibility of ramming into the opponent with some knock back. Covers a pretty good distance and is versatile in direction Standard B: It's hard to decide. We could either have the bomb, or the Laser. The Laser seems kinda too expected and the bomb would fit better as the side B. Standard B could be some sort of electric discharge that goes forward a good distance, and has some electricity that flies back that's not as powerful and goes a smaller distance idk. We could just have an attack that covers the radius around Claus or targets someone from a distance. Side B: I think the bomb would fit. Throwing a bomb that gets good distance but little radius. It can have multiple flinching hits or have the chance to be a dud. We could have it so Claus has a chance to throw some of the many different bomb given to use by Mother 3. Bomb/Super Bomb/Thunder Bomb/New Years Eve bomb (which would have a chance to be a dud, but could have a 100% explosion rate when hitting kirby in his down B form idk). Bomb - Normal Bomb Super Bomb - Bomb with less distance but a larger radius Running Bomb - Bomb get thrown, and runs in the direction it was thrown as it hits the ground. Is very slow, so it does not get a large distance. Sprinting Bomb - Gets thrown far and runs far. Can run off stage is runs so far/fast. It blows up with a low blast radius. New Year's Eve Bomb - It can have low damage but some serious knock back - if it hits. Has a very large chance of being a dud. Smoke Bomb - Probably a big no because its dusters item? Then again, Lucas was able to use the Rope Snake but idk Thunder Bomb - A bomb you throw up for a large radius of electricity to explode from it. Doorknob - Flints doorknob hits the opponent. Child's Shoe - The shoe that Claus lost when he fell off the cliff Down B: Utility move. So, Shield Killer seems like a good idea to me. He could also use some of the battle items from mother 3. Shield Killer - Removes the ability to guard for XX amount of time, but not the ability to dodge, or roll dodge, or in air dodge. Could also just be a move that causes serious damage to an opponent when guarding. Psi Magnet is situational, why not have this move be? Made You Look - Turns the opponent around? Thunder - We could have some sort of electrical attack stun the opponent, seeing as how thunder was a huge part of the masked mans character Up B: Just a lift of with the bat wings. You can alter the direction slightly. He could also lift him self off with Pk thunder by having lightning burst from his sword or use the gun to have a similar effect.

That moveset looks like a winner to me

Shield killer seems way too powerful. I don't like the idea of him getting items/party equipment since he's a villain, technically.
A quick edit; Bomb - Normal Bomb Super Bomb - Bomb with less distance but a larger radius New Year's Eve Bomb - It can have low damage but some serious knock back - if it hits. Has a very large chance of being a dud. Thunder Bomb - A bomb you throw up for a large radius of electricity to explode from it. Doorknob - Flints doorknob hits the opponent. I removed the running bomb since Porky (Porky Bots) and Toon Link (Bombchus) will have similar items. I love the doorknob idea though. A great reference to the game.

Shield Killer could always remove attached items. Franklin Badge, Bunny Ears, but yeah maybe too powerful. The shield killer could be switched with some sort of absorbing device that powers up the standard B move.

I can definitely say that Masked Man is going to be one of my best characters.
