Is it okay if we have a new Jigglypuff? I don't really like the current one..
I made a fix up if that's okay to make it look more accurate to Jiggylpuff's real appearance, size, ect. I just never got the feet done cause I just couldn't get them right. :/

With regards to the pallete, can we pretty much guarantee that all the backgrounds will be darker than the characters themselves? Some characters have proportions that would make it easier to selectively outline them, assuming its on a controlled background though

I really think you should just have the palette alone in one picture and the complete line up should be showing instead of a link.

If everyone takes from that the colors will be slightly darker than what they need to be, this should make things more consistent.
