Greetings! I am Jack Skellington, and I am prepared to create many "terrible" sprites for you! but I digress. I request but a paragraph of information, and you shall have your sprite faster than you can say boo!

ok. if your spriting characters, then heres mine (i dont have a picture of him):
he is tannish all over
he is really tall, and has no arms and has a bid round red hat with a crack in the middle because he was in an accident
instead of legs, he has sphere shaped feet that are the same color as his body. they kidna look like somewhat flat volleyballs or something
he has no face by the way, and no hair. hes naked but dont draw any private parts.
