Don't worry Mii's won't make it as a character but I'm still gonna make a card of them. I mean they deserve some sort of representation but not as a character.

Here's an Animal Crosser moveset:

B: Slingshot - hold down the button, aim with the controls, once you let go of the button, fire away!
Side B: Bug Net - Can catch projectiles to keep from hitting you.
Down B: Shovel - Dig up items. Fossils etc.
Up B: Fishing Rod - Used like Link's hookshot or Ivysaur's Vinewhip to recover.

Final Smash: Furniture Drop - put down furniture (like the way it's dropped in the games) and you have the ability to push or pull them to create walls to block your opponents. You can drop as many furniture as you can.

Alt. Costume: Female Version.

I think the Down B and Up B need a little work. For instance, what happens after you dig stuff up? The fishing rod seems better as a grab. I'm not really feeling the FS either. You're onto something with it though.

Items that you dig up could vary between fossils (throw them), in-game items (rare) and trophies (like 1% chance of this right here).

Oh, and the fishing rod should work as a meteor smash or a distance variable grab if the enemy is the exact distance of the length of the rod's reel

He could use all sorts of items for moves: like a roman candle for a down smash, flicks a pinwheel as a spinning blade, blow bubbles as an up smash attack. Silly but cool stuff like that.

Also his FS should be Golden Watering Can: a bunch of thorny flowers cover the stage causing damage to whoever touches them and everyone receives a large flower on their head.

I like your ideas, Koopaul, but I think the FS should be something a bit more universal for FS. Like an event or an NPC. Maybe something launches the enemy into the air, then the fireworks display begins, hurting them. For the finale, Gulliver's UFO flies by and does a finishing blow.

So, I keep thinking I read that Pichu's out, so I decided to come up with a Moveset for a Pokemon that I think is iconic, at least in my opinion

Munchlax:

B: Gunk Shot/Bite (Which it doesn’t learn in the games, but fits with him) - Gunk Shot would be like Squirtle's Water Gun (More or less) only it'll hurt the enemies, and poison them. Bite is self-explanatory.

Forward B: Pursuit - Think Fox/Wolf/Falco's Forward B, only slower, and if their back's turned it does twice the damage

Up B: Body Slam - More or less, Dedede's Up B (could be more creative, but Body Slam is one of his signature moves)

Down B: Rest w/Sleep Talk/Snore - Less knockback than Jigglypuff's Rest, does more damage.

Final Smash: Curse, Metronome or Last Resort - Curse would be like Wario's Final Smash, only Attacking would be slightly slower (and would do more damage). I can see Metronome doing one of a few different Attacks, but I haven't actually thought too much on this. And Last Resort would be one you have to line up (like Link or Marth)

There's one more that would fit into the final Pokemon slot, and I think it's Deoxys, I'm trying to work on a (more creative) moveset for it, but I can see him fluidly moving from form to form during different attacks (Normal Form is the standstill and movement, Speed for Dash Attacks, Defense for...Defending, and Attack for the Majority of the Physical Attacks)

Well, like I said, this is just in case Pichu is out because I keep hearing that...Might not make sense (since I pitched a 4th Gen Pokemon), but I would still prefer a second Generation Pokemon replace the second generation Pokemon

...Even if a 'Pichu replacement' isn't picked, there's still five others

I had an idea for the Animal Crossing villager's FS. It could be called "Debt Paid" or something, where basically the character takes out a bag of bells, throws it upwards off screen, and as they do their quick little "YEAH I'M DEBT FREE" dance, the largest version of the Animal Crossing house falls from the sky and lands on the stage, dealing massive damage to whoever it hits and sending them flying. It disappears after a bit. It was a rough idea, so it could be tweaked.

Another idea for his FS would be the golden tools. Maybe all his moves would just be made more powerful, and the ones involving the normal tools would be replaced with the golden versions and be given additional effects for the duration of the FS?

The villager would use his slingshot, shoot up, and POOF! UFO barrage!
