Use a better program than microsoft gif animator. Try graphicsgale instead.

First I suggest you put the other frames for your animation cause Bowser just raised both of his arms and starts over again.
Now I have the exact same animater as you, so what you do is first click one of the frames, then look up and you should see
Delay _______ centiseconds then put something like 4-8 or something and the lower the number the faster, the higer the slower, got it? Tongue
