Well anyways, your lineart is jagged and you have absolutely no shading on the sprite. Not too bad for your first attempt though.

Far to tall, fugly ass line art, lack of shading, eyes are to bright, walking animation is not a walking animation.
Rather, it is a few poses with copy/paste feet and darker shading.
The thunderbolt poses are just plane scary looking.

I'd suggest starting from scratch, with a much shorter sprite.

You should get some good reference picture because pikachu's anatomy is a little weird. To be honest it needs a lot of work in the anatomy and line art but by no means should you feel the need to give up.
