Man, I don't know what it is about YGOPro, but I played it so much that I got sick of Yu-Gi-Oh!. Maybe it was because I got a first hand account of all the power creep the game hand with each new card pack. There was this little golden period where you could even play rogue decks somewhat effectively between the dragon ruler bans and Qli becoming a thing. The current banlist was quite impressive.

and I love what people are doing now.
(nsfw but only because its one of those "hype" sorta deck concepts you see a lot in yugioh)

I have been playing game HALLOWEEN ATTACK. Although I make it myself, is still fun! I also think main protagonist is quite handsome.

I started New Leaf back in May and I still haven't gotten the Bill Blaster from the fortune cookies. So. Many. Play coins.

I thought for sure I posted about this somewhere but I finally got to start playing Undertale.
As some of you may be aware, I'm fuggin' captivated by it. It's my new obsession (alongside SU ofc).
So far I've gone the Neutral route, True Pacifist route and am working on finishing Genocide (and as a "first time" route at that since true pacifist makes you reset absolutely everything).
Who else than the great Sans? Holy God the farthest I've gotten up to is the circular barrage of lasers which I fail to pass before he reveals his special attack, and that's with more than half health. I totally suck balls at bullet hell type things, so I often get hit by some of the simplest attacks early on which just makes me want to forfeit and start the fight over.
Those bones on the menu buttons are a load of shit too. While Undyne was pure bullshit all around, I've honestly had no real issue with Sans since he is almost entirely skill-based. But the menu bones are just unfair; needless depletion of health that you so desperately need, and it almost renders healing obsolete on top of the fact it pressures you to make your choice quickly or else you'll waste all your health.
On top of that, when he gets exhausted and starts throwing you through rapid series of random attacks, you often find yourself moving a bit after the previous one and it throws you off. It's really hard for me to process what's going on as it happens and because of the strenuous nature of them, I often find myself getting screwed over most by them, in perfect preparation for all the pre-special attack shenanigans.
Despite that, I haven't been so moved by a game's story before. Thing is, you kinda have to experience or see the story of all three paths (neutral has many smaller branches, but usually playing it once is sufficient in preparing you for the other two major routes). If you make morally wrong decisions (like the entirety of the Genocide path, for example), the game actually legitimately makes you feel bad about them. You also end up having a bad time (wink wink) as a result. But it's still up to you what you do. I was gonna go double-Genocide to get it over with, but after having so much trouble with these two bosses, I'm not sure anymore...

I noticed some timing issues with the VC versions of the game... is that how you're playing it?

So that Freedom Planet thingy I heard so much about just arrived on WII U recently...
I can definitely see where the appeal is.
Sprite ripper, artist, and STILL a Puffy AmiYumi fan to this very day.

I don't know if it's screen-lag or just a consequence of emulation :-\

Played a few cool games at an anime convention:
•Ultra Street Fighter IV (Playstation 4)
I am not used to playing a Capcom fighting game with non-floaty physics. Or any 3D fighting game made by Capcom, for that matter.
•Guilty Gear Xrd -SIGN- (Playstation 4)
Once they release the next update with Jam Kuradoberi, maybe I'll consider buying it.
•Skullgirls 2nd Encore (Steam)
The boss in arcade mode is pure bullshit. I've never fought a boss with such a big handicap before. The fact that she is constantly attacking and has like 800% of health makes it completely unfair.
•Power Stone (Dreamcast)
Very repetitive. It's a clever spin on fighting games, but the catch is basically to get three gems and you win. If your opponent gets three gems...Well, you're eff'd.
•Soulcalibur V (Xbox 360)
Um, best 3D fighting game.
•Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA F 2nd (Playstation 3)
I'm great with music, but my anxiety-hands make me comparable to a middle school percussionist with these rhythm games.

The Squigly mode boss fight is pretty insane. It was made as an april fools joke, but people actually managed to beat it so its an optional boss to unlock the entire art gallery now.

Gave Monster Hunter 4U a second chance.
Then I was reminded of the bullshit insta-kill beams, insta-kill explosions, insta-kill wide range melee attacks and insta-kill blind attacks that made me rage-quit a year or so ago. Now I've buried it back in the dust where it belongs.
I love Monster Hunter. Tri was awesome, 3U was awesome, though a little overwhelming in some areas, but 4U is more bullshit than fun.
Example: Alatreon was hard as shit, but challenging fun. Deviljho is my favorite monster of all time and I'm glad he's in 4U. Rajang is shit. He's all the hard and zero the fun, like most user created levels in Super Mario Maker, and he's most definitely not the only monster. And that's not counting the Apex bullshit. I have nothing against the Frenzy virus. I have no problem with Gore Magala, Shagaru Magala and Chaotic Gore Magala.
Ugh... Sorry for the rant. Can't wait until the Super Mario Maker update hits. I've been selecting stages and editing some for the Checkpoint treatment. Expect Peach's Daring Escape to be updated first.
My Game Maker games (Dropbox download links):
I played Monster Hunter demo on 3DS and I enjoyed collecting items more than killing monsters
maybe it would be fun if the controls weren't abysmal. Maybe, because I couldn't help but feel pity for the monsters

yo, i'm curious about what you thought was wrong with the controls, Gors! MH has a really weird difficulty curve that put me off initially but I grew to like it, though I think a large part of it is being able to play with friends.
on the subject of the controls, I know a sticking point for a lot of people is how button presses don't exactly get an immediate response like you'd get out of most action games, but I've come to realize the reason for that is so that you can't just go swinging wildly at the monster without watching its patterns first and planning your attacks and timing carefully. It kind of aids the feeling that you're a puny little person trying to take on a huge monster. It's kind of like how the tank controls in the first Resident Evil games were really sluggish but it aided the feeling of helplessness and weakness of the player character. i understand it not being everyone's cup of tea though.
of course if it's something else I'd love to hear it
