I want to know if there is a way to get textures from the models other than Ohana. Most textures on characters appear to be black, which I do not want. I want the full native texture for the model. You can see what I am talking about from the picture below! Thanks! Oh, and a bch file from the game is attached below for reference!

2. Full native textures are not completely possible while exporting. Hair and some skin textures use toon ramps, so they'll appear white. Just recolor those textures with an image editor, and you're good.
We should need more models, so I'm trying my best to help with new rips.

Some textures are completely transparent when exporting. Am I doing something wrong?

Not at all. I've sent you a PM, and I'll tell every other guest here, that you'll need to do one more step, that is disabling alpha in Blender.
