Yep. Trying to rejigg the head. It's not as easy as I first thought it was. Already made the tail smaller.

Ignoring withake, I made some edits to the Seadra. Still not so sure about the head. Got a new reference, and left it in this time, hopefully this is improved.

Ah yes, thought something was wrong there. Was concentrating so much on the head shape I forgot completely about the eyes. Will do.

Update. No new Pokemon from my side, but I'm starting to go through every sprite and clean them up. I hope to unify the style and fix those minor touch-ups no one wants to do before I move on. So far I've done Bulbasaur through Pidgeotto, but I can't get Pidgey to look right.
Something's still off about Seadra. It has to do with the detail on the face, I believe. I mean, I can tell its Seadra, but it just doesn't look like an official Seadra. i can't think of any other way to describe it

Pidgey has to do with the thickness of the wings. It's a bit inconsistent, they start quite thin, and then grow thicker as they spread outwards.

I thought that might be the case after I looked over Yellow's sprite again. I'll work on it and see what I can do.
EDIT: Made a few tweaks using Yellow's sprite as a reference. It's a little better, but I don't think it's quite there yet... Not sure what else to do, hopefully this will help people give me some pointers.

EDIT 3: I don't like the new Charmeleon's head. It seems a little bulbous and sketchy, and his eye was never that big...

Well tbh this is not much of an update, more so a light bump
minor updates to:
kakuna (now using an upright position)
beedrill (added second wing)
arbok (smoothened/fattened)
clefairy (fixed fingers)
I'm having trouble with Rattata and Raticate. both need to be redone, basically.
Yutaka: Yeah I don't know. Go with the first one and try to fix the frills on the head. Overall, it's very odd because they make the head look too elongated despite being the proper size. I'll try to fix charmeleon.

That does look epic.
On the sprites, I still have an issue with Charmeleon's head. The shape looks sketchy and imo his eye is too big...
