Pacman and the ghosts are looking good! One thing I'd say about it is that maybe you can make some Ms. Pacman sprites since there's a bow by itself, or maybe making some death sprites for Pacman. Other than that, it's coming right along!
For the recent Mario and Luigi sprites, I don't really have much to say about them. But they look good though.

For Link: He's looking good so far, one thing I'd mention is that the right side of him looks kind of flat. Although, the left side of him looks fine.
For Mega Man: Mega Man looks great! I prefer the one with the medium shade of blue because it looks closer to the official art.
For Mario: Whoa! I can really tell that your Mario has changed over the past couple of years. It first started off looking like Weegee (sorry, that was the first thing that came to mind XP), and after other sprite styles (SMB, SMB3, Donkey Kong (or Mario Bros? I can never keep those styles straight), SMW, ETC.) it eventually turned into the Mario sprites you have now. Nice to see that your Mario improved from 2018!

Nice! One thing I'd mention is that the front side's sprite's shading seems a tiny bit off compared to the side's sprite. Other than that, all he needs is ears and quills and he'd be looking good!
EDIT: BTW, Hammer Bro's helmet is looking good!
