Lucas actually seemingly used a variant of PK Starstorm at the end of the game,
but it could have just been something else.
We could just make it the way it is in Brawl, assuming he learned it from someone.
But I kinda like the idea of Using Love and Rockin' instead of Starstorm.

If you're looking for a way to implement PK Rockin, why not just have the screen instantly transform into a Mother 2 like battle scenario, with a text box that reads "Ness used PK Rockin' OMEGA" and then have graphics that resemble the original PK Rockin special affects fly down the screen like they would in an actual mother battle scenario.

Nah, as stated earlier, it seems to fangamish. We should take a more Smash Bros. styled approach. In fact, I think I might post up a concept picture for PK Rockin' soon.

I honestly never thought that was the real PK Love.
Like. It was Gamma or Beta or something. Just wasn't awesome enough.
The final smash could actually be PK Love Omega, if you wanna get technical.

Also I'ma stop talking about Lucas now.

I never made the connection either. He lets off little octagons with a lot of his attacks. How is his up smash not just another one?
