The models in Tatsunoko vs Capcom use the .MDL0 format, so they are already convertable by other means.
Are you placing KoichiSenada's plugin in the *\ui\macroscripts folder in order to access it? If so, are you creating the new scene, loading and reading the .3dxml file, and converting the contents in that order?
