All the sprites you did except for Minun and Braviary, I think you recolored their normal sprites. Here's something that Ike said to me when I did the elemental monkeys.

The white highlight on his head is a bit bright; I suggest adding some dithering on the edges of it to make it seem smoother.
The eyes are bugging me. His right eyelid is barely noticable, whereas his left eyelid is fine.
Maybe also add some AA to the eyes to make them smoother?
