It's also a few more months of coding to replace, and a few more to give every sheet on the site IDs, and additionally, adds a few more hours to update times, something that already takes too long

Beldam seems to have disappeared from the Paper Mario 2 section. Also, the M&L customs section tag seems to have disappeared. http://www.spriters-resource.com/nintendo/mario/custom/

This section has the items and Dragon Skeleton boss listed twice. Not only that, but the old items sheet icon links to the Stage 2 enemies and the Stage 2 enemies icon links to the old items sheet. http://www.spriters-resource.com/konami/...vania/hod/ Lots of repeat sheets here. Not only that, but why are the sheets you're trying to replace have more content on them then the new ones? The only exception is White Dragon, the old one (mine) lacks the orange flames that Terry's has. Dazz, the forum server clock is borked.
It reads for me as -- Current time: 06-19-08, 01:57 AM It's supposed to be (as of Central Daylight Time): Current time: 06-19-08, 08:10 AM Dazz Wrote:It's also a few more months of coding to replace, and a few more to give every sheet on the site IDs, and additionally, adds a few more hours to update times, something that already takes too long I'd like to say... not exactly. You see, with just a little tweaking, it could be possible. The sheet IDs could just be stored locally. The pro-side is that not every section needs to be changed, you could just trial it on a relatively small section, or a few, and slowly expand it to the rest if it's going alright. In fact, you could also just ID certain ones, and do a check during parsing, to see which file should be displayed using the ID and which using the filename. Eventually when everything is ID'd, remove the file-based parsing. It's simple EDIT: For example, let's take the next data: You could just change it into this: Code: [Playable Characters] In fact, you could just use strings instead of using just numbers.

Ngamer01 Wrote:Dazz, the forum server clock is borked. Second this error, I had to set my forum clock 7 hours ahead of what it should be and it is still out by 12/13 minutes. Not that it is a big error or indeed an important one but figured that it would be reported.

Recalling yesterday, I believe I posted somewhere around the morning or of that time, when it suddenly seemed to be 5 PM...though on my registration date there were no issues. It says I posted this in 5:13 PM, when it's clearly 9:15...I remember on Day One it was all right. Doesn't matter though...Supposedly. I have an error I would to point out myself...it's quite a minor in Pokemon. In Pokemon RSE, at the Devamps section (The bottommost of the page), Twinleaf Town () is not only punctuated incorrectly, but also it is in the wrong section. Twinleaf Town is from Pokemon Diamond/Pearl, not Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald. Though I'll understand if it doesn't move because that's the only devamp section, but the icon itself does need a little remodeling. Quite the minor error though.

Take these out of the section because they don't fit the style. Put them where they belong.

And how did they even end up on TSR, in the M&L section. They should be in the custom Mario section. Also why is this in the M&L section, http://www.spriters-resource.com/nintend...cpokey.png When A.J and Parakoopa made much better versions like this, http://www.spriters-resource.com/nintend...lpokey.png and this, http://www.spriters-resource.com/nintend...okeys2.png They fit the style much better. And a lot of sheets should be replaced as well.

Nah, the first 3 can go into the custom Paper Mario section while the other 3 can go into the Double Dash section.

In the megaman section, it says megaman and bass is a snes game, I think it's supposed to be a GBA game.

TPoe Wrote:In the megaman section, it says megaman and bass is a snes game, I think it's supposed to be a GBA game. It's both, actually. Rockman & Forte was released on the SNES in 1998, but it was never (officially) translated. Four years later (2002), Capcom re-released it for the GBA, and translated it one year later. |
