Its legs look pretty short and skinny, perhaps having them in poses of running where the legs are bent could help to make them look longer. Looks pretty good otherwise. :>

The top of the head and ears look too smooth and resembling a 'normal' rodent, try giving them the distinct fur/bumps that Raticate has. Very nice otherwise. :]

If those sprites in your sig are examples of your work I think you are gonna need some serious help to get your sprites to a decent enough standard.
