New Pokémon Platform Project [Check Page 4]

Ash is really rare, just look at this picture where he has legs:
The Lower Legs are shorter than the upper legs, that's why I did Ash Sprite that way, that is the most similar I could do it, so you tell me.

well, fix him then. The original art is looking awkward.

It might also be the angle he's being shown from.

I fixed it:
Moved the knee's shadows up and now it seems equal. Just that.

if I fixed the problem, I'll try to delete those black outlines and make a change (like I said, if the problem is gone)

Peace*

The arms are still too short though. Stand up and see how long your arms are.

the arms need to be around 50 to 75 percent longer

Arms outstretched:

Better if they were closer to the hip, but don't know if it's better.

Peace again*

a little bit longer.

edit- his hands should be roughly halfway between his waist and his knees

Done. I edited his arms and drew his hands closer to hips:

But didn't convince myself, I know something's wrong in the arms form.

Peace again again Defeated

They're kinda like wiggly noodles, they need joints. Also, the legs still need to be longer.

I do like this member's effort and actual interest so far, though

protip: try to make that exact same pose and see if it feels natural or not. use a mirror for better results.

if not, try to make a pose that actually feels natural and translate it into your sprite(or a new sprite, for the sake of using the knowledge on something new instead)

protip 2: you don't need to write 'peace' in every post you do, this isn't a letter that is going to be replied 7 days after you posted it. If you continue 'peace'-ing your posts, it'll get boring quickly and only annoy the people reading them.

The feet doesn't seem to be supporting his weight at all. More than standing, he looks as if he were floating instead.

Fixed or not, you tell:

Arms fixed, I think. Legs outstreched.

Hope it's better now

Bye (and sorry if that "peace" bothered you =()

There's too many black in-lines and the shading looks flat.

Here, look at this:
