(QUOTE THE QUISTIONS WITH ANSWERS)

1.will the story be changed
A: It won't be changed, just added to. Its going to be combined (loosely) with The Tale of the Wood Cutter. Another Japanese folktale.

2.how long do you plan on making the game's length
(how many worlds/levels)
A:Don't know exactly yet. But I plan about 35.

3.how will you make the game
(game maker/flash/coding/other)
A:I've said this about 10 times already. Currently its in MMF2, but I'm switching to Stencyl once its released.

Well I don't know how, but it would be really cool. I always thought it would fit better on the PSP, because of the widescreen. And there isn't anything I could do with 2 screens. But either one would be kickass if I ever could.

I know, I'm sorry ):
I've literally done everything I could for this demo, Its just the fact that I have to rely on other people to help me program that slows this down, thats why I'm moving this to Stencyl so I can program it my self and actually get it done.

Or you could have a team of 30 professionals help you out. *points at PD*

I don't think Stephen has given you PD access yet; I'll ask him again.

But in the meantime, I have one question: how many resources have you completed? (Sprites, BGs, SFX, Music)

Um everything. There is nothing I have left to do. (infact, I already finished 3 levels worth of spriting, there are already 13 out of 35 tracks completed for the game, and sound effects are done too) I just finished working on background stuff that we don't even need. Like that frog in my sig, or flowers and grass moving when you run past them. I'm getting kind of bored actually d:
I already have a finished demo stage, but I don't like how it turned out. So I want to redo it. Especially because for what ever reason, I designed the whole stage thinking Momotaro was 16x16 pixels big, it really screwed up jumping and spacing. I can send you a totally unfinished example on MSN if you want:

Alright. How big is Momotaro? Shocked

Also, if you've completed all of the resources, you'll need to set them up correctly to have them readable in StencylWorks. An image of tiles scattered around can't be automatically recognized (yet) in SW, like most other programs.

Lovely awesome perfect and catchy track.
Made by (I forget what he goes by here, I think its -Dark-) Steve
For Momotaro, Runaru Village, Momotaro's hometown. (First/tutorial stage)
Note: The vid might now work properly, I just uploaded it.
Enjoy, tell me what you think (:
Personally I think its the best track in the game so far.

This is so stylish.

Were the black things that used to be in your sig from this too? Looking forward.

And the track might be too overpowering. It's good, but the beats detract from the simple style of the graphics. It's good though.

What did you use to make the music? I've been searching for a program recently. I ended up with this thing called Fami Track, but I can't make it work.

Ok.

Oh yeah lol, I've seen that before. Its a part of a series. Very bizarre. Did you notice how theres almost no actual animation, aside from the few mouth animations? I didn't notice until somebody pointed it out.

FL studio with some plugins for 8-bit instruments. :>

Well, it all depends on when Stencyl will be launched.
Should be soon, possibly by the end of September.
And yes these [Image: Gwomp.gif][Image: Womp.gif] are from Momotaro.
Don't get yourselves to excited please ):
I really don't want to let everybody down with a crappy game :c
